Santo Domingo.- The Central Electoral Board (JCE), led by its president Román Jáquez Liranzo, presented to the Duartian Institute and the Permanent Commission of Patriotic Ephemerides (CPEP) the official designs of the new Dominican Identity and Electoral Card.
